We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our HR Team in the Talent Acquisition Division. The candidate will support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, and help identify and attract suitable talent for the organization.

Responsibilities

- Need to handle end to end recruitment .

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.

- Managing and conducting online and in-person interviews

- Post job openings on recruitment platforms.

- Support recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.

- Ensure vacancies are filled within the required timeline.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.





- 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment is preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive English communication proficiency.

- Professional approach to recruitment and candidate management.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

- Ability to work under deadlines.
