Position: HR Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with experience in a manufacturing or similar industry. The candidate will be responsible for employee management, recruitment coordination, and HR operations. Robust working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination (screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)

Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements

Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and basic HR documentation

Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of new employees

Support employee engagement and day-to-day employee management

Maintain HR reports, MIS,



and trackers using MS Excel

Coordinate with payroll/accounts team for attendance and salary inputs

Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

- Handle basic employee queries and coordination

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in manufacturing / plant / industrial environment preferred

Good knowledge of MS Excel (attendance, reports, MIS)

Basic understanding of HR processes & recruitment

Strong coordination and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently

Organized, disciplined, and people-friendly approach

Work Requirements

- On-site role (Ahmedabad location)

Stable work experience preferred
