- Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave and HR records.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
- Handle employee queries and maintain good employee relations.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Assist with performance appraisal, confirmation and exit formalities.
- Prepare basic HR MIS and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Support day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
- 0–4 years of HR experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good employee-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Automobile/dealership experience will be an added advantage.
