- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies within timelines.

- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, verification, and joining formalities.

- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave, and personnel files.

- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, rewards & recognition, and HR initiatives.

- Support the performance management and appraisal process.

- Handle employee queries and support employee relations and grievance resolution.

- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.

- Prepare HR reports, MIS, recruitment trackers, and other management reports.

- Conduct exit formalities and exit interviews and maintain relevant records.





- Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for salary inputs, attendance, incentives, and employee-related data.

- Support the HR team in developing and implementing employee welfare and organizational development initiatives.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
