Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment & onboarding

Employee engagement & retention initiatives

Attendance, payroll coordination & leave management

Maintaining HR records, documentation & MIS reporting

Handling employee queries & HR operations

Assisting in performance management processes

Drafting HR policies & ensuring compliance

Vendor coordination (recruitment portals, consultants, etc.)

Supporting training & development activities

Managing exit formalities & full & final settlements

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and ready to take ownership in a fast-growing environment.
