About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions in our growing IT/Product & FinTech environment. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, people-focused, and capable of managing both HR operations and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for technical and non-technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Handle HR operations and employee lifecycle management, including joining, attendance, leave, confirmation, documentation, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Manage KPI/KRA, performance reviews, probation, employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure proper labour law and statutory compliance and maintain required HR documentation.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, recruitment metrics, headcount, attrition, attendance,



and performance data.
- Work closely with management, founders, and department heads on manpower planning, employee development, organizational needs, and HR strategy.
- Support training & development, employer branding, HR process improvement, and employee experience initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in IT, Software, Product, SaaS, FinTech, or Startup companies.
- Robust knowledge of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, KPI/KRA, and HR Compliance.
- Experience with HRMS, Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Experience in technical hiring and managing HR functions for IT/Product teams will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
