Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer processing

- Manage onboarding formalities for new joiners - documentation, orientation, and system access coordination

- Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and org chart

- Assist in monthly attendance tracking and payroll inputs (paid days, leaves, deductions)

- Handle employee queries related to leaves, policies, and HR processes

- Coordinate exit formalities including documentation, NDAs, relieving letters, and FNF inputs

- Draft HR communications - offer letters, appointment letters, warnings, and policy announcements

- Support performance management cycles - collecting KRA/KPI data and preparing reports

- Maintain compliance documentation and ensure adherence to labour law requirements

- Assist in engagement and culture initiatives - surveys, events, and recognition programs

Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field





- 1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role

- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (GreytHR, Keka, or similar) preferred

- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data management and reporting

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
