Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance, performance tracking, and workplace activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be organized, responsible, and capable of handling employees and HR processes independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements and close positions on time.

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and other HR documentation.

- Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.

- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and concerns.

- Monitor employee performance, punctuality, attendance, and overall discipline.

- Conduct regular employee follow-ups and help resolve workplace issues.

- Manage employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.

- Assist in preparing salary, incentives,



and other employee-related data.

- Ensure company HR policies and processes are properly communicated and followed.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

- Prepare regular HR reports related to hiring, attendance, attrition, and employee performance.

- Support management in implementing HR policies and improving internal processes.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.

- Good knowledge of recruitment and basic HR operations.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR tools.

- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally.

- Proactive attitude with positive problem-solving skills.
