Manpower Planning, Creating/Managing JDs, Meeting Business requirements.
HR OPS - Responsible for HR Operations.
To manage Attendance & Leave Management System.
Salary Processing of Employees along with Accounts Team.
Payroll Management: - Maintain accurate employee attendance, leaves, and salary records to ensure timely payroll processing. Calculate monthly salaries based on attendance, deductions, incentives, and compliance with company policies.
Minimum 1yr of experience required in relevant field.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
