HR Executive – Recruitment Location: Malviya Marg, C Scheme, Ashok Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month Working Days: Monday to Friday + 1st & 4th Saturday Week Off: 2nd & 3rd Saturday + Sundays Leaves: Paid Leaves as per company policy About the RoleWe are looking for an HR Executive who will primarily handle recruitment activities. Around 90% of the role will be focused on recruitment , along with other HR responsibilities such as onboarding, documentation, induction, and employee retention. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.

Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates. Manage interview schedules and candidate status updates. Prepare and complete joining and onboarding formalities .



Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Conduct employee induction and joining formalities . Coordinate with reporting managers for new employee onboarding. Support employee engagement and retention activities . Maintain recruitment and HR-related reports and records.

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment . Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to source and close candidates within timelines. Good follow-up and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding processes. Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
