WINNING EDGE Training & Consulting is looking to collaborate with an experienced HR Due Diligence (HRDD) professional for project-based M&A; assignments.

?Mumbai | Hybrid | Highly Flexible | Project-Based

? Every M&A; deal has a people story. If you are passionate about uncovering and analyzing the people risks, opportunities and insights that can shape a business case, this opportunity could be for you!

You will have the opportunity to work on end-to-end HR Due Diligence deals through a technology-enabled platform, from understanding the deal and analyzing data to identifying key people implications and developing recommendations for post-deal integration.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ?

We are looking for someone with genuine hands-on HRDD / M&A; experience who can bring both deal expertise and commercial perspective.





- Minimum 5 completed HR Due Diligence / M&A; deals experience
- Strong practical understanding of the end-to-end HRDD lifecycle
- Experience across key HRDD areas:

Compensation & Advantages | Organization Structure & Talent | Employee Life Cycle | HR Technology & Systems | Legal & Compliance | Culture & Engagement | Integration Readiness
- Experience contributing to HRDD reports, executive-level insights and integration recommendations

? An added advantage: Existing networks with M&A; consultants / deal professionals and the ability to identify potential HRDD opportunities in the market.
