Role & responsibilities

- Analyse SAP HCM employee and organisational data structures.

- Map source data fields to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data models and Foundation Objects.

- Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, and reconciliation.

- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and transformation requirements.

- Work with HR stakeholders and implementation teams to understand requirements.

- Prepare data mapping specifications and migration documentation.

- Support SIT and UAT migration testing.

- Assist with cutover and post-go-live data validation.

- Ensure data accuracy and completeness throughout the migration process.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in HR Systems, Business Analysis, or Data Migration.

- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM / SAP HR Master Data.





- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Experience in HR Data Migration, Data Mapping, Data Transformation, Data Cleansing & Validation.

- Knowledge of Foundation Objects.

- Solid Advanced MS Excel skills.

- Experience with data reconciliation and quality analysis.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- SAP SuccessFactors implementation/migration experience.

- Knowledge of ETL / Data Migration Tools.

- Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

- Experience with migration cutover and post-go-live support.
