Role Description The HR Compliance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dharmapuri. This role is responsible for ensuring that HR practices, policies, and procedures align with applicable labor laws, company standards, and industry regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring HR operations for compliance, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting audits and documentation related to HR processes.

The position involves advising leadership and employees on policy interpretation, handling employee queries, assisting in resolving employee relations issues, and supporting internal investigations when required.



The HR Compliance Executive also contributes to policy updates, compliance training, and continuous improvement of HR workflows to reduce risk and promote a fair, inclusive, and safe workplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS usage, record-keeping, and support for audits and compliance reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies, including developing, implementing, reviewing, and communicating policies aligned with legal and organizational requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, ability to handle confidential information, and proficiency with MS Office and HR systems.
- Experience in engineering, construction, or project-based environments is an advantage; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in office in Dharmapuri.
