We are looking for an HR Associate – Attendance & Leave Management to support accurate and timely management of attendance, overtime, leave, and HRMS records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily attendance records and employee profiles in HRMS
- Monitor and resolve attendance exceptions such as missing punches, late arrivals, early departures, and short hours
- Process attendance corrections based on proper approvals
- Manage employee shifts and attendance classifications
- Reconcile overtime records with HRMS attendance and production timesheets
- Validate regular working hours, OT hours, and total working hours
- Process leave, absence, compensatory off, and business/site duty transactions
- Conduct monthly attendance, leave & OT reconciliation
- Prepare HR and payroll-related reports and highlight discrepancies
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and well-supported HRMS records
- Develop and maintain Attendance & Leave Management SOPs/process flows
- Support periodic reviews and ensure compliance with company policies and timelines
- Coordinate remotely with HR and relevant departments to ensure all activities are completed within agreed SLAs
Ideal Candidate: Someone with robust HRMS, attendance & leave management, payroll coordination, data reconciliation, and reporting skills, with excellent attention to detail and communication.
