Role: HR & Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

Manage internal hiring and external/client hiring requirements end-to-end.

Create and publish job descriptions across relevant hiring platforms and communities.

Source, screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

Coordinate and conduct initial screening/interviews and schedule further rounds with the relevant team.

Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, selection and onboarding.

Coordinate joining formalities, training, role alignment and integration with respective teams.

Maintain candidate databases, hiring trackers and recruitment pipelines.

Manage day-to-day internal team operations, coordination and communication.

Track tasks, responsibilities,



deadlines and team deliverables.

Support team meetings, reporting, process implementation and overall operational management.

Identify operational gaps and help improve internal workflows and processes.

Organised, responsible and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good follow-up and problem-solving ability.

Proactive mindset with solid ownership and attention to detail.

Interest in HR, recruitment, people operations and business operations.

Students, freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Work & Compensation

Remote | 6 Days/Week

Flexible working hours between 11 AM – 7 PM

Stipend: ₹5,000–₹10,000/month, based on defined monthly deliverables
