Atul Glass is hiring for HR Administrator for the Una Office.

Job location - onsite, Una(Himachal Pradesh)

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Administration & Operations

- Plan and manage attendance and shift scheduling for plant workforce.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction of recent employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and statutory registers (Leave, Overtime, Deduction, Fine Registers).
- Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary and wage calculations.
- Manage ESIC and EPF compliance, including challans, returns, and employee additions/exits.
- Support HR audits and ensure ISO and statutory compliance documentation.

2. Industrial Relations & Compliance

- Handle HR/IR activities and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Liaise with government bodies for statutory filings and inspections.
- Assist in grievance handling and maintain harmonious employee relations.
- Conduct awareness sessions on workplace ethics.

3. Employee Engagement & Welfare





- Support employee welfare initiatives and engagement programs.
- Maintain transparent communication between management and workforce.
- Facilitate training and development sessions for workers and staff.

4. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare periodic HR reports (attendance, manpower, payroll summaries).
- Coordinate with HR Manager and AGM–HR for strategic HR planning.
- Manage manpower of 100–200 workers across plant divisions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- 1– 3years of experience in HR/IR and compliance within manufacturing or industrial setups.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, EPF/ESIC, payroll systems, and HRMS tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR software (e.g., Keka, Zoho, or similar). - Plus point. Interested candidates, kindly apply here.
