Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Associate role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur.

The Housekeeping

Associate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to high hygiene and presentation standards. Daily tasks include making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, dusting and vacuuming, managing laundry items, and ensuring that all assigned areas are well-organized and safe. The role also involves responding to guest requests courteously, reporting maintenance issues promptly, and following hotel policies, safety procedures,



and housekeeping checklists.

The Housekeeping

Associate will collaborate with the housekeeping and front office teams to support smooth operations and consistent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Ability to handle housekeeping and laundry tasks, including cleaning, linen management, and basic garment care.
- Solid communication and customer service skills to interact professionally and respectfully with guests and team members.
- Good organization skills to manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and maintain orderly storage of supplies and equipment.
- Willingness to participate in training and follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts as required by housekeeping duties.
- Basic understanding of hygiene practices and use of cleaning tools and products.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on hotel operational needs.
