Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables, fruits, and meats as directed by the chef.Kitchen Sanitation: Clean and sanitize work stations, cutting boards, utensils, and large equipment.Dishwashing: Load and unload dishwashers, and handwash delicate cookware.Stocking & Inventory: Unload food deliveries, store items in refrigerators or freezers, and restock supplies.General Maintenance: Sweep and mop floors, empty garbage bins, and replace trash liners.Dining Support: Refill condiment shakers, pack takeout orders, and explicit tables when needed
