About the Role

We are looking for a cheerful, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team. As an Ice Cream Parlor Associate, you will be the face of our shop, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a delicious treat. You will handle everything from greeting guests and scooping ice cream to maintaining a spotless storefront and managing the cash register.

Note: Candidates with prior experience working in an ice cream parlor will be highly preferred.

- Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, offer samples, answer questions about flavors and allergens, and provide excellent, friendly service.
- Order Fulfillment: Scoop ice cream, prepare sundaes, milkshakes, and other specialty desserts efficiently and accurately according to our recipes.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate the cash register, process payments (cash and card), and provide accurate change.
- Store Cleanliness: Maintain strict hygiene standards. Regularly clean and sanitize counters, tables, seating areas, and equipment.
- Inventory & Restocking: Monitor front-of-house inventory, restock napkins, spoons, toppings, and syrups,



and alert management when ice cream tubs need replacing.
- Food Safety: Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience working in an ice cream parlor, gelato shop, or similar dessert establishment is highly preferred.
- Customer-First Attitude: A friendly, positive demeanor with solid communication skills and a passion for making people happy.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive scooping motions, and occasionally lift heavy tubs of ice cream
- Adaptability: Ability to handle fast-paced environments, especially during peak summer hours, while remaining calm and efficient.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
