Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Hotel Coordinator – Finishing / Fit-Out to coordinate and monitor finishing works for hotel projects. The candidate should have strong experience in interior finishing, site coordination, quality control, and contractor management, preferably from the real estate or hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor hotel finishing and fit-out works at site.
- Supervise tile work, flooring, false ceiling, wall finishes, painting, doors, and other finishing activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure finishing work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare work-status reports.
- Check material quality, workmanship, and proper execution at site.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of different finishing activities.
- Conduct inspections and prepare snag lists; ensure timely rectification.
- Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards at the project site.
- Support project management in achieving timely completion and handover of hotel areas.

Key Skills & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in finishing / fit-out / hotel project coordination.
- Experience in Real Estate / Hotel / Hospitality projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Tiles, Flooring, False Ceiling, Painting, Wall Finishes, Doors & Joinery.
- Good knowledge of finishing materials and execution processes.
- Strong contractor and vendor coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of drawings and site execution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate Joiner preferred.
