Experience: 4 to 10 years
Qualification: Graduate/MBA
Role & responsibilities
- Oversee smooth day-to-day functioning of all hospital departments.
- Coordinate staff, patient flow, admissions, discharges, OT, ICU and emergency operations.
- Monitor staffing, housekeeping, maintenance, inventory and departmental performance.
- Ensure SOPs, quality standards, NABH requirements and patient-satisfaction processes are followed.
- Report operational issues and daily performance to hospital management.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate must have sufficient relevant experience in a hospital
