Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Horticultural Manager based in Kochi.

The Horticultural

Manager will oversee daily operations, including plant care, garden maintenance, and landscape design projects. They will manage a team of horticulture professionals, liaise with clients to fulfill their landscaping needs, ensure the highest quality standards, and implement sustainable gardening practices.



An integral part of this role will involve project planning, inventory management, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Expertise in plant care, garden maintenance, and landscaping design
- Strong project management and team leadership abilities
- Knowledge of sustainable horticultural practices and pest management
- Effective communication, client engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic budgeting
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or a related field
- Relevant experience in landscaping or horticultural management roles
- Passion for environmental stewardship and attention to detail
