ob Title - Sales Executive Home Loan Function / Department - Sales Roles and Responsibilities Generate Home Loan leads from the open market and through different channels like DSAs, Connectors, or builders 1. Meeting clients, verifying docunments, processing files, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan.
- Monitor the leads and check for the quality of sourcing and ensure quick conversion of prospects as per the targets.
- Responsible for knowing and complying with all the legal requirements as per the law of the land 4. Meeting builders/DSA's/ Connectors associations for tie-ups/ impalement for housing loans 5. Connect with our Loan processing centre to ensure the file disbursement 6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referral/s 7. Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the target
