Job Role

- Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales

- Handle sales of Home Loan products and generate new business.

- Identify prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements.

- Explain home loan products, eligibility, and related terms to customers.

- Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for documentation and loan processing.

- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective customer handling and business development.

- Conduct field visits and customer meetings as required.

- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation:

- Generate leads through direct sourcing, referrals, market visits, and other available channels.

- Contact prospective customers and pitch suitable home loan products.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into loan applications.

- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

- Develop and maintain solid customer relationships.

Customer Handling





- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable home loan solutions.

- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.

- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups throughout the sales process.

Loan Processing & Coordination

- Collect required customer and loan-related documents.

- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approval.

- Follow up on pending documentation and loan requirements.

- Track applications and ensure timely completion of the loan process.

Job Requirements

- Designation: Relationship Manager

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Home Loan Sales

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹32,000 in-hand, depending on interview and experience

- Locations: NSP, Gurgaon, Delhi, Kota, Jaipur

- Employment Type: Full Time
