Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Holiday Consultant role based in Kochi.

The Holiday

Consultant will engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements, and then design tailored holiday packages that meet those needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing itineraries, coordinating bookings for flights, visas, buses, and hotels, and ensuring all travel arrangements are accurate and confirmed. The role involves providing destination advice, offering recommendations on activities and accommodations, and responding promptly to client queries across phone, email, and in-person channels.

The Holiday

Consultant will also manage documentation,



maintain client records, follow up on leads, and support promotional activities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide clear, friendly guidance to diverse clients.
- Experience or knowledge in travel planning, holiday package design, and coordinating bookings for flights, hotels, and other travel services.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client itineraries, documentation, and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency with computers and reservation systems, along with comfort using email, spreadsheets, and basic travel-related software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to anticipate issues, resolve booking challenges, and ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues in an in office office workplace in Kochi.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or hospitality setting is an advantage; familiarity with visa processes and local/International destinations is beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
