Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Staff / Retail Sales Associates for a retail store in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have 3 8 years of experience in retail store sales, preferably in Lifestyle Retail, Footwear, Shoes, Garments, Apparel, Fashion, or Clothing Retail .

Candidates must have strong sales and customer handling skills and be comfortable working in a customer-facing, target-driven retail environment.

Note: Candidates from Luggage Retail will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers and provide an excellent in-store shopping experience.
- Drive retail sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.




- Maintain solid product knowledge and effectively explain product features and benefits.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure proper display, merchandising, and presentation of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.
- Support inventory handling, stock replenishment, and stock management.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

- Experience: 3 8 years of experience in Retail Store Sales.
- Experience in Lifestyle Retail, Footwear, Shoes, Garments, Apparel, Fashion, or Clothing Retail is preferred.
- Candidates from Luggage Retail will not be considered .
- Strong sales, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient English communication is mandatory.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail store environment.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-facing role.
- Good presentation and grooming.
