About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Engineer to join our team in Sweden. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of reliable IT systems and infrastructure while working closely with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Support network, server, cloud, or enterprise IT environments
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other technical teams
- Implement system improvements and automation where appropriate
- Maintain technical documentation and follow internal IT procedures
- Participate in projects involving infrastructure, security, and digital transformation
- Follow company standards for information security and data protection

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in IT engineering, infrastructure, systems administration, or a related technical area
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of operating systems, networking,



databases, cloud platforms, or enterprise technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Good English communication skills
- Swedish language skills are an advantage where required by the specific position

Preferred Skills Experience with one or more of the following is beneficial:
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Linux or Windows Server
- Networking and security technologies
