We are looking for a qualified QC Line Inspector to join our dynamic team at our factory in Bhagwanpur,

Roorkee. As a QC Line Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products through systematic inspection processes.

- Quality Control

 Conduct thorough inspections of production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards.

 Perform visual and dimensional checks on finished products.

 Identify and report any defects, deviations, or non-conformities in the manufacturing process.

 Collaborate with production staff to address and rectify quality issues promptly.

 Monitor and enforce adherence to quality control procedures.

- Production Support

 Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality at different stages of production.

 Assist in troubleshooting quality-related issues during manufacturing.





 Collaborate with production team members to maintain a smooth workflow.

 Ensure the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Kaizen practices in the quality control process.

 Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the Production Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

 Science /any technical degree/diploma with 3 – 5 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment. PREFERABLY CIPET

 Should be able to handle basic instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometer.

 Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

 Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
