Position: Customer Support Executive Live Chat & Email
We are hiring for an International Banking Customer Support Process. The role involves handling customer queries through Live Chat and Email, providing accurate resolutions, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and requests through Live Chat and Email for international banking customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Assist customers with general banking-related queries, account information, transactions, services, and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly tone while communicating through chat and email.
- Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Respond to emails within defined TAT and service-level requirements.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and case details.
- Follow defined banking processes, compliance guidelines, data-security procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer requests.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Diploma
- Experience in International Chat / Email / Non-Voice / Customer Support is preferred.
- Candidates with strong written English and customer-handling skills can be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good typing speed and robust attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts.
