KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Source and screen candidates through various job portals and recruitment channels
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills
- Robust interpersonal and convincing skills
- Willingness to work from office in Ajmer
