1. Home Health Coder

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze Home Health medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT/HCPCS codes as applicable.
- Ensure coding is compliant with official coding guidelines and payer requirements.
- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and medical necessity.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy targets.
- Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies.

2. Home Health QA

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quality audits of Home Health coding charts.
- Validate coding accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Identify coding errors and provide appropriate feedback to coders.




- Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring coding errors.
- Support coders through feedback, coaching, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports and meet defined accuracy standards.
- Ensure adherence to client-specific guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant Home Health coding experience is mandatory.
- Valid coding certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and Home Health coding guidelines.
- Good understanding of clinical documentation and coding compliance.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.
