Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Apprenticeship Trainees to gain hands-on industrial experience in a manufacturing environment. The trainees will work closely with experienced professionals, learn operational processes, and support day-to-day departmental activities while developing technical and professional competencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily operations of the assigned department.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Support production, maintenance, quality, utility, control & instrumenation, electrical activities as required.
- Maintain records, logs, and documentation related to ongoing activities.
- Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Setting, Health & Safety) standards.
- Complete assigned training modules and assessments.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and C&I;

Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship or industrial training exposure will be an added advantage.

Skills Required
- Basic technical knowledge related to the respective discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
- Strong focus on safety and discipline.
