Role Description The Hiring Business Accounting Trainers role is a contract, on-site position based in Mathura. The trainer will deliver structured business accounting training programs to learners, using industry-relevant tools, case studies, and practical examples. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom sessions, developing and updating accounting training materials, assessing learner performance, and providing feedback and coaching to improve skills and confidence.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align training content with client requirements, supporting evaluation and reporting of training outcomes,



and participating in workshops or orientation programs as needed. The trainer is expected to maintain professional conduct, ensure high-quality learning experiences, and stay updated with current accounting standards and business practices.

Qualifications

- Ability to deliver effective Training and Teaching sessions in business accounting, with experience handling diverse learner groups.
- Competence in Curriculum Development for accounting courses, including creating structured modules, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Solid Coaching skills to guide learners, clarify concepts, and support skill development through individual and group mentoring.
- Basic understanding of Sales and business processes to contextualize accounting concepts within real-world corporate scenarios.
- Solid knowledge of business accounting principles, financial statements, bookkeeping, and relevant accounting tools or software (e.g., Tally, Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, accessible manner.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer, faculty member, or industry professional in finance or accounting is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, MBA Finance, etc.) are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and the ability to manage schedules and documentation for training batches.
