Hirely is recruiting Bilingual Writers with solid Hindi proficiency on behalf of one of our hiring partners. In this remote contract role, you’ll help evaluate and improve next-generation AI assistants by completing everyday voice-based tasks, reviewing AI responses, and producing accurate Hindi transcripts.

You’ll work with a specialized application on your own Mac and help assess how effectively AI systems understand and respond to natural Hindi voice interactions.

What You’ll Do

- Use voice commands to compose messages, emails, notes, and other everyday content
- Ask the AI assistant to perform tasks such as generating content, formatting text, applying spreadsheet formulas, and summarizing documents
- Accurately transcribe spoken Hindi queries and produce clean, well-formatted transcripts
- Review and rate AI-generated responses according to provided guidelines
- Evaluate the quality, relevance, and naturalness of AI responses in Hindi
- Maintain accurate task records in a structured tracking sheet
- Upload required recordings and supporting materials to a shared drive
- Follow project instructions and quality standards consistently

Who We’re Looking For

- Professional-level Hindi proficiency with strong ability to read, write, and communicate naturally in Hindi
- Comfortable understanding and following detailed instructions in English
- Strong attention to linguistic accuracy and detail
- Comfortable using everyday productivity tools such as email, messaging apps, documents, spreadsheets, and web browsers
- Able to work independently and complete structured tasks reliably





Technical Requirement A Mac with Apple Silicon is required , specifically:

- Mac with M1, M2, or M3 chip
- macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to record and upload voice-based task data

Relevant Experience Includes Experience with Hindi writing, transcription, translation, content creation, localization, language evaluation, data annotation, AI evaluation, quality assurance, structured data entry, or other detail-oriented language work is relevant to this role.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with transcription, translation, localization, or linguistic quality review
- Familiarity with AI assistants or AI evaluation workflows
- Strong written Hindi and English communication skills
- Experience working with spreadsheets and structured tracking systems
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines and maintain consistent quality

Compensation & Work Arrangement

- $12.60 per completed task
- Fully remote

- Project duration: approximately 4 weeks
