Industry: Sugar Factory Equipment / Heavy Engineering

We are looking for a Heavy Fabrication Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in heavy engineering/fabrication, preferably in sugar factory equipment manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Supervise heavy fabrication, fit-up, welding, cutting, grinding and assembly work.
- Read and understand fabrication/engineering drawings.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy, weld quality and timely production.
- Coordinate with fabricators, welders, production and quality teams.
- Monitor material usage and minimize rework/wastage.
- Conduct shop-floor inspections and resolve fabrication issues.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in heavy fabrication.
- Good knowledge of SMAW/MIG welding, fit-up and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read engineering/fabrication drawings.
- Experience with sugar plant equipment, pressure vessels, tanks, conveyors or similar heavy equipment will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
