Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead HVAC engineering activities from concept design through commissioning support.
- Develop and review HVAC designs, load calculations, airflow modeling, equipment selection, ducting layouts, and control philosophies.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and local regulatory standards.
- Review engineering deliverables including calculations, technical specifications, P&IDs;, equipment datasheets, and drawings.
- Support value engineering and optimization initiatives.

Project Execution & Management
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate HVAC engineering activities across multiple projects.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Electrical, Plumbing, Process, Architecture, and Automation teams.
- Participate in technical reviews, design meetings, and client discussions.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of HVAC engineers and designers.




- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Support resource planning and talent development initiatives.

Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Lead technical discussions and presentations with customers.
- Review vendor quotations, technical submissions, and equipment selections.
- Support procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project requirements.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned across projects.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
