About HiWox HiWox is building a next-generation personalised healthcare and wellness intelligence ecosystem covering 9 wellness domains — physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, financial, and sexual & reproductive wellness.

We are building beyond a conventional healthcare platform, combining wellness assessments, personalised recommendations, consultant-led programs, telehealth, B2B wellness solutions, eCommerce and technology-enabled wellness management.

We are looking for a HealthTech Product Owner who can take ownership of the healthcare product strategy, product development and execution of HiWox and work closely with healthcare experts, consultants, data scientists, designers and developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product vision, roadmap and priorities for HiWox's HealthTech ecosystem.
- Translate healthcare, wellness and customer requirements into clear product features, workflows and specifications.
- Design and manage digital journeys across onboarding, health and wellness assessments, consultations, personalised recommendations, programs and progress tracking.
- Work with healthcare professionals, wellness consultants and domain experts to convert clinical and wellness requirements into scalable digital products.
- Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria and product documentation for the development team.
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure effective execution of product features from concept to launch.




- Build and continuously improve HiWox's 9-domain wellness intelligence experience and related digital modules.
- Design systems for personalised health and wellness recommendations based on user assessments, data and expert-defined frameworks.
- Develop product features for consultant interaction, telehealth, wellness programs, customer engagement and B2B healthcare solutions.
- Identify opportunities to use AI, data analytics, automation and health technology to improve personalisation, engagement and outcomes.
- Conduct user research, collect feedback and analyse product usage to identify improvements and new opportunities.
- Define and monitor product KPIs such as activation, engagement, consultation completion, recommendation adoption, retention and customer outcomes.
- Prioritise product development based on customer needs, business impact, technical feasibility and healthcare relevance.
- Ensure that health-related product features are designed with appropriate privacy, security, safety, evidence and regulatory considerations.
- Build scalable product systems that can support HiWox's expansion across individuals, gyms, hospitals, corporates and other healthcare and wellness organisations.
- Work closely with the founding team on product-market fit, monetisation, partnerships, go-to-market requirements and long-term HealthTech strategy.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in HealthTech, healthcare technology, digital health, wellness technology or healthcare product management.




- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, digital health products and user journeys.
- Experience in product ownership/product management from discovery through execution.
- Ability to work with healthcare professionals as well as technical teams.
- Strong understanding of UX, technology, data and product development.
- Experience working with mobile/web applications and technology products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
- Understanding of healthcare data privacy, security, compliance and responsible product development is preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML, health data, digital therapeutics, telehealth or personalised healthcare products will be an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership in an early-stage startup environment.

Compensation This is an equity-based founding team opportunity with no fixed salary at the current stage. Equity will be structured based on expertise, contribution, responsibility and long-term commitment, subject to a formal agreement.
