- Healthcare Telecaller / Patient Counsellor

- Handle calls and follow-ups with healthcare leads generated through Google, Meta, and other campaigns.

- Communicate with patients regarding doctor consultations, surgeries, hospital services, and procedures.

- Understand patient requirements and guide them towards suitable consultations or hospital services.

- Schedule and confirm OPD appointments.

- Follow up with patients for consultations, investigations, surgeries, and IPD admissions.

- Coordinate with doctors, hospital teams, and patients for appointments and procedures.

- Handle patient queries professionally and build trust through effective communication.

- Convert genuine healthcare leads into OPD consultations, IPD admissions, and procedures.

- Maintain accurate lead, patient, and follow-up records.

- Use CRM, WhatsApp, and other communication tools for regular follow-ups.

- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare leads.

- Identify genuine patient requirements and provide appropriate information.





- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve consultation and admission conversions.

- Coordinate appointment schedules with doctors and hospital teams.

- Maintain updated lead status and follow-up records.

- Handle patient concerns politely and escalate issues when required.

- Build positive relationships with patients through confident and empathetic communication.

- Work towards achieving assigned calling, consultation, admission, and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Female candidate.

- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.

- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, or customer handling is preferred.

- Healthcare or hospital experience will be an added advantage.

- Confident, polite, and persuasive communication skills.

- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and regular follow-ups.

- Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, and WhatsApp.

- Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
