About the Role

We are looking for Healthcare Sales Executives who can engage with patients, understand their requirements, explain relevant healthcare services and convert enquiries into consultations and treatment plans.

This is a target-driven inside sales role involving calling, counselling, follow-ups, lead conversion and achievement of monthly sales targets.

What You'll Do

· Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients.

· Understand patient requirements and explain relevant healthcare services.

· Counsel patients and guide them towards consultations and treatment.

· Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to drive conversions.

· Convert qualified enquiries into appointments and treatment plans.

· Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

· Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion records.

· Coordinate with doctors and the healthcare team when required.

· Build trust and maintain professional communication throughout the sales journey.

What We're Looking For





· Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales is mandatory.

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Strong Hindi communication skills; English will be an advantage.

· Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

· Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

· Solid follow-up and conversion mindset.

· Confident speaking with customers/patients over calls and WhatsApp.

· Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.

· Experience in healthcare, education, insurance, wellness, customer service or similar sales environments will be preferred.

Performance Metrics

· Performance will be evaluated based on:

· Lead follow-ups

· Appointment/consultation conversions

· Treatment conversions

· Revenue achievement

· Monthly sales targets
