Position Overview

HonorVet Technologies is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter specializing in dental staffing . In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for our dental practice and DSO clients, sourcing and placing both clinical providers and front-office/operational talent across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, negotiate rates, submit, and close candidates for clinical and non-clinical dental roles.
- Targeted Roles: Recruit clinical staff (Dentists, Hygienists, DAs, EFDAs) and operational roles (Office Managers, Regional Managers, Treatment Coordinators, Billing/Insurance Specialists).
- Credential Verification: Prescreen state licenses,



certifications (CPR, BLS, Radiology, EFDA), DEA registrations, and education prior to submittal.
- Pipeline Building: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, dental networks, and referrals to engage active and passive talent.
- ATS Tracking: Maintain candidate records, pipelines, and recruitment metrics in the ATS.

Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years of agency/staffing recruiting experience; 1+ years dedicated to dental or healthcare staffing (DSO experience strongly preferred).
- Domain Knowledge: Working familiarity with dental licenses, CDT codes, and practice software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
- Skills: Solid boolean sourcing, candidate screening, pay negotiation, and ATS pipeline management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical recruiting experience.
