Conduct consultations to understand clients’ health concerns, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Assess general health and lifestyle factors and identify areas for improvement. Develop personalized health and wellness plans based on individual needs.
Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and preventive health practices. Educate clients about healthy habits and disease-prevention strategies. Monitor clients’ progress and make appropriate recommendations or adjustments.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
