Are you a strategic Supply Chain professional who can build efficient systems, optimize costs, strengthen vendor partnerships, and ensure seamless business operations?

We are looking for an experienced Head – Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead our end-to-end Supply Chain and Procurement function.

? Location: Panchkula, Haryana

? Experience: 10+ Years

? CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA

? Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Be Responsible For:

? Leading the overall Supply Chain & Procurement function

? Developing robust SCM strategies, processes, and systems aligned with business objectives

? Managing supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and strategic vendor relationships

? Driving cost optimization through procurement savings, vendor consolidation, alternate sourcing, and process improvements

? Ensuring effective inventory planning, material availability, logistics coordination, and supply continuity

? Establishing and monitoring key SCM metrics including Purchase Price Variance, Lead Time, Procurement Savings, and Inventory Efficiency

? Building contingency plans and alternate sourcing strategies to minimize supply disruptions

? Strengthening systems, controls, compliance, documentation, and governance across the SCM function

? Leveraging data,



analytics, ERP/MRP systems, and MIS for improved decision-making and operational efficiency

? Leading and developing a high-performing SCM team with clear accountability and performance standards

Who Are We Looking For?

✔️ 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or related functions

✔️ Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Procurement, or a related discipline

✔️ Robust experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Inventory Planning, Logistics, and Material Management

✔️ Industry exposure to Telecom, BPO, or Hospitality will be preferred

✔️ Strong commercial acumen with a focus on Cost, Quality, Delivery, and Inventory Optimization

✔️ Excellent negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

✔️ Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems, Excel, MIS, and Supply Chain Analytics
