Head – Talent Acquisition | Pan India Bulk hiring

Location: Andheri – Marol, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday–Saturday | Alternate Saturday Off

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Head to lead Pan-India bulk hiring for our KPO/BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead high-volume and mass recruitment across India.
- Handle hiring mandates of 50–500+ positions within defined timelines.
- Build location-wise recruitment strategies for Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Mumbai and other locations as required.
- Manage and drive a team of recruiters and external recruitment partners.
- Lead recruitment for US Accounting, Finance, KPO and International BPO processes, including night-shift hiring.
- Build sourcing channels and recruitment pipelines across multiple locations.
- Track hiring targets, TAT, productivity, offer-to-join ratio and cost per hire.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure timely manpower ramp-up.





Candidate Profile

- 8–12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in KPO/BPO/Shared Services.
- Robust experience in bulk/mass hiring and Pan-India recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for US processes / US Accounting / Finance / International BPO.
- Experience managing large recruitment teams and multi-location hiring.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels and local talent markets.
- Highly target-oriented, hands-on and capable of delivering aggressive hiring numbers.
