nBuilding Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Head to lead the company's sales growth.

nThis is a leadership opportunity for a sales professional who understands the Aluminium Windows & Doors / Fenestration / Glass / Plywood industry and has the ability to convert market opportunities into sustainable business growth.

nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For

n

- Lead sales team for sales and business development.
n
- Generate and convert leads through appointments, Client / Architect meetings and market visits.
n
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers and end customers.
n
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
n
- Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
n
- Lead, mentor and monitor the sales team.
n
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer network.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
n




- Prepare and review sales performance reports with management.
n

nWhat We’re Looking For

- Relevant experience in the Aluminium Windows & Doors / Fenestration / Glass / Plywood industry
n
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or sales leadership.
n
- Robust understanding of the local area also.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
n
- Strong leadership and target-oriented approach.
n
- Ability to build relationships and generate business through appointments and field sales.
n
- Existing industry connections will be an added advantage.
