Role &

- Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end gold operations including sourcing, quality assurance, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery across India.
- Design, implement, and scale SOPs for gold procurement, purity verification, and inventory management across partnered mints and vaults.
- Oversee third-party vendor and logistics partner performance, ensuring zero loss, 99.9%+ SLA compliance, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and finance to ensure adherence to RBI, Customs, and bullion exchange regulations.
- Drive cost optimization and process automation (ERP, tracking dashboards, IoT inventory tools) while maintaining operational integrity.




- Build and mentor a high-performing operations team across hubs in Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata.
