Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering organization across software development, architecture, cloud, AI/ML, and product engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in .NET and C++, along with proven experience managing Engineering Managers and driving enterprise-scale software development in customer-centric B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor Engineering Managers, Technical Project Managers, Architects, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Define and execute the engineering vision, technology roadmap, and software development strategy.
- Architect and deliver enterprise-scale client-server applications for manufacturing and compliance-driven industries.
- Drive platform engineering, framework development, and technology modernization initiatives.
- Lead Agile delivery across multiple engineering teams and promote engineering excellence.
- Oversee API development, enterprise integrations, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices.
- Drive AI/ML and Data Analytics adoption in smart manufacturing solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Operations,



and Compliance teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Build and develop future engineering leaders through mentoring and coaching.

Required Skills
- 15+ years of software development experience.
- 5–7+ years in senior engineering leadership managing Engineering Managers and multiple engineering teams.
- Solid expertise in .NET (C#, WCF, WPF) and C++.
- Experience building enterprise-grade client-server software products.
- Strong software architecture, distributed systems, multithreading, memory management, and API-first design.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB.
- Experience leading Agile software development at scale.
- Good exposure to Azure Cloud, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and engineering governance.
- Exposure to AI/ML and Data Analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Azure Microservices.
- Industrial Automation or Manufacturing Software.
- IoT and hardware/device integration (Cameras, Barcode Scanners, PLCs, Industrial Printers).
- High Availability enterprise systems.
- Pharma, Medical Device, or other regulated industry experience.
- Experience leading innovation programs, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), or R&D; initiatives.
