Role Description The Head of Analytics is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading the organization’s data and analytics strategy. This role oversees the design and implementation of analytics frameworks to support business decision-making across functions such as sales, operations, supply chain, and customer service.

Daily responsibilities include managing analytics teams, defining key performance metrics, building dashboards and reports, and translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. The Head of Analytics collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and customer experience enhancement through data-driven initiatives.



The role also involves establishing best practices in data governance, mentoring team members, and evaluating current tools and technologies to strengthen the analytics capability.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in statistics and data science, including statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and experiment design.
- Experience in data analytics, with a track record of building and optimizing reporting and insight-generation processes.
- Advanced capability in data visualization, using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present insights clearly.
- Experience leading analytics or data teams, with strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Solid understanding of database concepts, data warehousing, and ETL processes; familiarity with SQL and modern analytics tools.
- Background in energy, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage, especially in solar or power solutions.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence senior leadership.
