Role & responsibilities

Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals & referrals.

Maintaining attendance tracker, employee data and HR Documentation.

Day to day HR operations and admin activities.

Preferred candidate profile

6-7 years of experience in HR.

Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Must know HR tools / HRMS.

Must be based in Ranchi or willing to relocate.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
