nRole Overview

nWe are looking for a senior Debt Syndication qualified to lead the Debt Syndication business, with responsibility for business origination, revenue generation, deal structuring, execution and institutional relationships.

nThe ideal candidate should have 15+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets, with strong expertise in Debt Syndication, Corporate Finance, Corporate Credit and Fund Raising.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the Debt Syndication business, including strategy, revenue generation and profitability.
n
- Originate business from corporates and institutional clients for debt funding requirements.
n
- Structure and execute Debt Syndication, Loan Syndication and Corporate Financing transactions.
n
- Advise clients on appropriate debt and financing structures based on their funding requirements.
n
- Manage end-to-end deal execution, including Credit Appraisal Notes, Information Memorandums, financial analysis, lender presentations,



negotiations and closure.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Funds and Institutional Investors.
n
- Drive transactions across Corporate Finance, Project Finance and Structured Debt.
n
- Lead and mentor the Debt Syndication team and drive business targets.

nCandidate Profile

n

n
- 15+ years of experience in Debt Syndication / Loan Syndication / Corporate Finance / Structured Finance / Debt Fund Raising.
n
- Strong experience in the Financial Services / Capital Markets sector.
n
- Strong understanding of Corporate Credit, Project Finance and Deal Structuring.
n
- Proven track record in business origination and successful closure of debt transactions.
n
- Strong network across Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions and Institutional Investors.
n
- Strong leadership, client relationship, negotiation and senior stakeholder-management skills.
n

nQualification

nCA / MBA Finance from a recognized institution preferred.
