? We’re Hiring | Hardware Engineer – Telecom & Networking Switches

Edgecore Networks India Pvt. Ltd. (An Accton Corporation) is looking for a talented Hardware Engineer to join our R&D; team in Gurugram .

If you have robust hands-on experience in Telecom, Ethernet Switches, Networking Hardware, or Data Communication products , this could be an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a global networking technology organization.

? Key Responsibilities

- Hardware circuit design, schematic development & PCB layout review
- Ethernet Switch and telecom networking hardware development
- High-speed interfaces: SerDes, DDR, PCIe & Ethernet PHY
- Networking ASIC/SoC platforms – Broadcom, Marvell, Realtek
- Power design, PoE & DC/DC converters
- Hardware bring-up, debugging & root-cause analysis
- Hardware validation and DVT
- Signal integrity, power integrity and system-level testing
- Prototype, factory testing and mass-production support
- Cross-functional collaboration with Firmware, Software, Mechanical, QA and Manufacturing teams





? What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Telecom/Networking Hardware
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Experience with OrCAD, Cadence Allegro or similar EDA tools
- Strong understanding of Ethernet technologies and networking architectures
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
